Before the Summit:
When can I register for the 2026 Improvement in Education Summit?
Registration will open on July 15th, 2026.
Will there be group discounts available?
Discounts are available exclusively for members of the National Center for School-University Partnerships and students.
Will there be discounts for students?
What types of payment methods do you accept for registration?
An online portal will open to process registrations on July 15th 2026.
Registrations using check or purchase order must be completed by October 1st, 2026. After this deadline, only credit card payments will be accepted. Please note that only VISA and MasterCard are accepted for credit card payments.

What is your refund policy?
Beginning October 1st, 2026, full refunds will no longer be issued. Registration transfers to another attendee will be accepted through October 15th, 2026.
All sales are final after October 15th, 2026.
At the Summit:
When will pre-conference sessions begin?
Pre-conference sessions will take place the morning of November 3rd, wrapping up by 11:30 AM CST. The conference officially kicks off at 12:00 PM with a keynote session and a complimentary lunch.
Who will be presenting?
Presenters at the 2026 Improvement in Education Summit will have expertise in improvement science. Representatives from LEAs, IHEs, and various organizations will share their work related to this field.
How long are presentations at the Summit?
- Pre-Conference sessions will last 90 minutes.
- Conference sessions will last 60 minutes.
Time will be structured in-between sessions to allow for presenter transition.
Will there be remote access to the 2026 Improvement in Education Summit?
This year’s summit will be held in person at the Sheraton Grand Chicago Riverwalk in Chicago, IL. While remote access won’t be available during the live event, select presentations will be posted on the NCSUP website after the summit.
I am unable to attend the whole conference; can I give my registration to a colleague?
Registration cannot be shared between colleagues.
Will food be provided?
Breakfast and lunch will be served on both days of the summit - November 3rd & November 4th.
