Before the Summit:

Registration opens on August 1st, 2025. You can register through the Summit website on the Registration and Accommodations page. At the same time, participants will have the option to reserve their hotel rooms.

Discounts are available exclusively for members of the National Center for School-University Partnerships. Non-members are not eligible for these discounts.

Starting August 1st, 2025, an online portal will be available on the NCSUP website to process registrations, accepting all major credit cards.

If you need an invoice, please email ncsup@olemiss.edu. To pay by check, you must complete your registration by October 1st, 2025. After this date, only credit card payments will be accepted.

Proposals for the 2025 Improvement in Education Summit should focus on one or more of the four conference strands. We welcome workshops, panels, and lecture sessions designed to engage and inspire attendees. Anyone working in the field of improvement science is encouraged to submit a proposal.

The submission window opens on June 1st, 2025, and closes on June 30th, 2025. To submit your proposal, please visit the Submit a Proposal page.

Yes! Before the Summit, registrants can connect and communicate with fellow attendees using the Whova App. The app will also provide session details and the full event schedule.

At the Summit:

Presenters at the 2025 Improvement in Education Summit will have expertise in improvement science. Representatives from LEAs, IHEs, and various organizations will share their work related to this field.

This year’s summit will be held in person at the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center in Nashville, TN. While remote access won’t be available during the live event, select presentations will be posted on the NCSUP website after the summit.

Registration cannot be shared between colleagues.
